Up for sale is a token issued in 1863, during the midst of the Civil War during a coin shortage, by Gustavus Lindenmueller, saloon proprietor of New York City.

Description
: The token is made from copper, and measures approximately 24mm in diameter. It corresponds with Fuld die numbers 630AQ-4a (R2).

It has been graded at MS63 BN and encapsulated by NGC. According to NGC's Coin Census, only 5 have been graded finer.

Condition
: Nice condition; a hint of red remains, particularly around the beer mug and below the bust. Please examine the photographs for further details and qualities.
