This chair is in very good condition with minor signs of use mainly on one arm.
The webbing is good.
I am sure that the upholstery is not genuine Ercol as I can not find a label but it is good quality.
The arm cushions could do with a wash.
The frame is very sturdy making it perfect for users with mobility issues as the sturdy arms aid rising.
