Shipping and Handling is FREE anywhere in the US, international extra insurance optional. Free Shipment will be via USPS Parcel Select which takes approximately 7-10 days for delivery, if you would like to receive your item faster you may upgrade your shipping service to Priority Mail which is approximately 2-3 day delivery time. Also keep in mind that item will be shipped from California so the closer you are to this state the faster you will receive your item. If you live in New York for example it will take approximately 10 business days for them to arrive because we are located on opposite coasts, you may want to consider upgrading your package to Priority Mail.
