He
has overall good joints, the knees are very good, little paint wear and paint rubs, New O-ring and no
screw rust. Be careful with the knees, they are notorious for being
very fragile. 2/4 teethe are intact, one missing up top, one on the bottom.
Appearance:

mouth and central chest padding; green serpents on shoulders; green

Originally released in 1986 the Air Chariot features a free spinning rotor, swiveling guns and position-able handlebars.
The
sticker placement is pretty good, The center top notch of the main body is intact, the bottom tab is intact, and holds the shroud to the main body.
Appearance: The two front machine guns, the two left and right stabilizers are present, the head piece is here - but the bottom jaw piece is also present, the shroud and the handlebars along with the wind turbine and turbine peg are all here.
Air Chariot: his primary weapon should he find himself in battlefield conditions, Serpentor uses this small flying craft - built by Doctor Mindbender - to lead his forces into conflict. This regal, snake-themed hovercraft is armed with impressive weaponry, and has a decent turn of speed in a pinch. Serpentor's air chariot is detailed in its own entry, so check that out for information on this aeronautic marvel.
Originally based on Cobra Command's top secret designs including some of the most sophisticated technology in Cobra's weapons arsenal of the time, Serpentor's Air Chariot was designed to give the Cobra Emperor maximum mobility with minimum size. Ultimately, it proved unwieldy in battle and had the potential to become inoperable at an inopportune moment. Serpentor was known to operate the Air Chariot from 1986 until 1988. It's design was not re-used for any other Cobra vehicles.
