Vintage Gi Joe Talking Commander. He still talks good, loud and fairly clear. He was loose at the waist when I got him, I added an extra elastic band from his legs to torso and now he is pose-able. His Face is great, the beard is nice, he has some balding on top of the head. His Kung Fu grip hands are very good but somewhat hardened so I wouldn't force anything into his hands that could snap the fingers.

The outfit includes very good short black boots. The shirt has the buttons and good snaps, the pants have a good snap. He has a Field Hat and Black Scoped Rifle.

The Escape Car is Complete and near mint. I can't see any damage and the backpack harness still has the adjuster band on the belt..
