- Here is a very interesting pair of pewter plates
- Each one well marked on the underside "Jacob Isenheim; Englisch Zinn"
- The maker pewtersmith was located in Strasbourg, back in the days, when the city used to be German. Nowadays Strasbourg is part of France, Bas-Rhin department, Grand Est region
- The pair dates back to mid 1700's (1740-50's)
- Measurements: Each is approx. 9.6" in diameter (across)
- Condition: Good/VG overall, Please see photos below. Each one shows signs of wear and extensive use. Dings and scratches here and there. Everything is consistent with their great age
