MRCARTOOL V30 is designed for testing fuel injectors toidentify potential issues such as stucking, leakage, ordamage. It features six testing modes, allowing users tochoose the appropriate mode for injector testing basedon their specific requirements. Additionally,it can beused in conjunction with a fuel injector machine.
Operating Steps
1 Connect the adapter terminal to the fuel injector
2.Insert the injector into to the the adapter fitting
3.Choose the testing mode and press the Start button.

6 Testing Modes

Test Mode1：
Generates a 100-millisecond wide pulse every 1 second, continuously outputting pulses to the fuel injector. During testing, the sound of the injector's action should be audible.Use a multimeter to measure oltage fluctuations in the injector electrode.The digital display shows the continuous testing time in minutes.

·Test Mode2：Outputs 100 pulses with each puls ehaving a width of 5 milliseconds.Observe the fuel injector during testing and the digital display shows the number of consecutive test pulses.

Test Mode3: Outputs 1000 pulses with each pulse having a width of 3 milliseconds.Observe the fuel injector during testing, and the digital display shows the number of consecutive test pulses.

Test Mode4：Simulates an idle state by continuously outputting pulses to the fuel injector.The digital display shows the continuous testing time in minutes.

Test Mode5：Simulates a medium-speed state by continuously outputting pulses to the fuel injector. The digital display shows the continuous testing time in minutes.

Test Mode6：Simulates a high speed state by contin uously outputting pulses to the fuel injector. The digital display shows the continuous testing time in minutes.

Press the mode selection button continuously until the display shows the character"C 231"， indicating the current version number of the instrument.
