Classic Middle ages Jerusalem cross design struck into hammered into Spanish silver.

The outside of the coin pendant is about the size of a nickel.

This item is 100% genuine. The coin weight checks in at  .0900 which is very appropriate for a fine full strike like this.  The coin was struck slightly off center Which is not too uncommon for this type of strike. Both sides are well struck and excellent.
