Return Policy:

• Items are welcome for return with money back, 7 days of the original purchase date based on the following:

• A return will be initiated when due to damage/defect (i.e., item not in the same condition as shown in pictures), or shipping error.  Please contact us immediately via the eBay message center and include your eBay Order Number in the subject title AND the issue (defect, damage, shipment error).

• We will not accept returns of the following: all - non spray perfume bottles,mini sample, or vial & all cosmetic and skincare items including lotion, shampoo,gel,body cream,body gel ,shaving cream etc.

• Detail in the body of the message your eBay User ID along with the issue with your purchase(s) and include photo documentation that supports your claim.  All claims will be thoroughly investigated and reviewed prior to approval, and may require additional information to assist in a resolution.  Once your original order is returned to us, we will issue a refund.

• Any and all reimbursements will be reviewed on a case by case basis and these details will be confirmed prior to return of your original purchase(s).

• Please note that changing your mind about your purchase OR dislike of the color/style/brand is not considered a valid claim for defect, damage or shipping error. If this is the case, you will need to follow the standard return procedures

• Item must be returned in the same condition as been sold , with same packaging and tags attached ( if any)
