Product introduction
Tamiya 1/700 Waterline Japanese light cruiser Yahagi (Yahagi).

The light cruiser that shared the same fate as Yamato.
This plastic model assembly kit of Yahagi was completed in December 1943 as the fourth ship of the Agano type light cruiser planned based on the 4th replenishment plan in 1939, and fought hard in the Battle of Mariana and the Battle of the Philippines.
The model is reproduced in April 1945, when she shared the fate of the battleship Yamato in her final raid on Okinawa.
The unique armament, including two quadruple torpedo tubes, is also sharply finished.
The figure, armed with numerous high-angle guns and anti-aircraft machine guns, also conveys the intensity of the attacks by US ship-borne aircraft at the end of the war.
