Birds Decoupage Heart Bunting Description

Wooden flags can be moved up and down the string making it easy to get them into the position you require.

Please be aware handmade decoupage is an imperfect art and may have some minor flaws and imperfections which just add to the beauty of the finished product.

The back of each heart has been covered in contrasting decoupage paper.

Each heart is approx 10cmx12cm in size.

My handmade decoupage wooden bunting is not factory produced, everything is hand cut with love and hand crafted with patience and time, giving each item an individual stamp.

Wooden bunting flags are made from naturally sourced wood and may display some blemishes, hand crafted decoupage is an imperfect art its minor flaws and imperfections add depth and beauty of the finished product and they are not considered as a defect but part of the garlands character.

All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with handmade items therefore colors and pattern placements may vary slightly from stock photographs.

As I make most items myself I can vary colours and lengths of my bunting and make hanging hearts to match your bunting

I can also customize many of my items on request so if you have something specific in mind, please message me to discuss.

Please allow extra time for completion of personalized and larger orders

All my items come from a non-smoking, pet free environment.

Country Hearts Paper Choices

I have chosen a variety of unique and tasteful decoupage papers to complement your lovely homes including Cath Kidston, Sophie Allport, Clarke & Clarke, Freyetts, Wrendale, Dunelm, Laura-Ashley and my own Country Hearts handmade decoupage designs.

My handmade bunting and hearts are not factory produced, it is all hand cut with love and decorated with patience and time, giving each item an individual stamp.

All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with handmade items ie. paper patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from stock photographs.

Colors and pattern placements may vary slightly due to the nature of different rolls of paper.

If you order more than one item in the same fabric I will do my best to match the fabric patterns.

Delivery & Dispatch Times:

I post all my orders at Post Office Counters where they are scanned into their system at the date and time of postage, this also provides me with a physical postage receipt showing your order is with Royal Mail.

If your item has not arrived within 7 working days and you require this proof of postage do not hesitate to message me through eBay before opening a not received case with ebay

I am happy to take a photo of the receipt and email it to you so you can then check your delivery with your local sorting office.

As per my agreement with ebay I aim to dispatch handmade orders within 2 working days, if there is a delay to this process I will try to let you know in advance.

Standard Postage throughout the UK is 2nd Class Royal Mail currently with an estimated delivery timescale of 3-7 days.

If you require your purchase faster are a secure signed for delivery service please choose the option required at time of purchase.

Note:I only post to the address given on the order I will not alter are change this please ensure this is correct with full details and postcode as I am not responsible for an incorrect address.

I post Monday to Friday with the exclusion of Weekends & Bank Holidays.

Orders purchased after 2pm on Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the next working day which is MONDAY (unless it is a Bank Holiday) when the next dispatch date will be a Tuesday.

Delivery charge includes postage and packaging materials, I only charge for actual costs incurred.

To help the environment where possible I use recycled packaging materials.

Please be aware Postage Delays incurred as a result of covit, postage strikes, bad weather Or seasonal high volumes e.g. Christmas are out of my hands so please be patient.

Multiple purchases on this and other items from my shop may be eligible for a postage discount please contact me to discuss before paying for your items.

Returns & Refunds

Our goal is for you, the customer, to be fully satisfied with your product.

While I take utmost care to ensure high standards I also take pride in resolving problems rapidly.

All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric and/or handmade items ie. patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from stock photographs.

In these instances the items are not considered to be faulty.

Damaged item:If your goods are damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we will ask to be provided with an image or video of the item in question and to also include your invoice.

Returns are welcome, from UK customers only, and are subject to conditions on listing ie: Buyer pays return postage.

Change of heart: Buyer will pay return cost, and all items must be returned within 14 days from receipt, undamaged and in their original condition, refunds minus my orginal postage costs will be issued upon receipt of the returned item given that the item has been unused and unopened.

Return exclusions:Please be aware that bespoke products or personalised products are non-refundable.

This includes broken zips on cushion covers. I check all zips are in good working order before postage I cannot be held responsible for poor handling when inserting cushion inner.

I recommend that all items are returned using a signed for service, with proof of postage for your own safety, as I can't be held responsible for items that do not reach me.

All returns should be completed within 14 days of receipt of your original order.

With that in mind please give me the courtesy of contacting me before opening a dispute with ebay are leaving negative feedback as I am always happy to work with you to resolve the problem.
