Magnificent Edwardian gown came from New York private collection collection.

The top is attached to the skirt with large hooks on the back.

The top closure is on the back. Beautiful tiny mother of pearl carved buttons, perfect hand finished button loops.

I stuffed some paper in the sleeves to show the intricate combination of embroidery and Irish lace.

The skirt has three levels, embellished with raised embroidery.
