Gorgeous Art Deco-like early vintage/semi-antique (40s or early 50s, I believe, but could be earlier..) "Tosca" boxed Eau de Cologne fragrance bottle by 4711. Made in England. Box shows signs of storage/ age, it is generally in good condition but there is some minor damage, marks and scuffing, please see all photos; the bottle is in excellent condition, it has a very beautiful embossed paper sticker on the front and a bakelite screw-on top. Contents are totally unused and the bottle is still factory sealed. (I've been tempted to unseal it many a time, as I was curious re whether it still smelled nice, but never did! ) I'm pretty sure it still does smell good as it has always been stored properly, far from the heat or sunlight. Every time I open the box I can sense a faint but very pleasant aroma.. However due to its respectable age this is sold mostly as collectables as no one can guarantee freshness after so many years.. No indication of the volume, I think it holds no less than 60ml, the bottle is just under 5in/ 12 cm high. Small amount missing due to evaporation. The EDC comes from a smoke/pet free home. I do combine postage where possible. Questions welcome. Thank you for looking.
