Product introduction
Tamiya 1/35 MM Soviet tank BT-7 1937.

The fast tank that laid the foundation for Soviet tanks.
The improved BT-7 1937 model with enhanced defensive capabilities through the adoption of a new turret.

In the late 1930s, the BT-7 was the fast tank that played a central role in the early Soviet tank corps, combining high mobility, a 45 mm gun with top-class power for its time and advanced sloping armour in the front of the tank body.
The improved model with enhanced defensive capabilities is the BT-7 1937 model.
Instead of a conventional turret with a perimeter composed of vertical surfaces, it was equipped with a new type of turret that took into account the longitudinal evasion of shells.
The design developed into the later masterpiece tank T34.
The kit features the sloping armour adopted for the turret and front part of the body, large-diameter road wheels and other intrepid features that are modelled with a rich sense of reality.
Sprocket wheels and crawler tracks are reproduced in the late model.
The crawler is a consolidated assembly type that has advanced the integration of straight parts.
You can choose from three types of markings, such as the Eastern Front and German captured vehicles.
