True First edition, first state/print & the original dust jacket.  The dust jacket lists only 30 Tom Swift titles on its reverse side as seen in the pictures. The dust jacket is protected in a Mylar slipcase. On page 31 the 't' in "talking" is correct indicating the book itself is also a first print. Towards the back of the book there is a tear in the binding. I took lots of pictures to show the details.  Please ask if you have any questions.

The dust jacket's spine has a chipped piece at the bottom, and slight chipping at the top as seen in the pictures. The dust jacket has faded a bit over time, but the red shield is still present. There is an "L" and "33" written in ink on the spine of the dust jacket as seen in the pictures. The front of the book with the dust jacket picture looks very beautiful with almost no pieces missing from the front, quite rare!
