Description:

Tamiya TAMIYA 77525 Royal Navy Battleship King George V Product Summary

  • Reproduced in the form at the time of the attack on the Japanese mainland with greatly strengthened anti-aircraft armament.

This plastic model assembly kit of the British battleship King George V was completed in October 1940 as a 35,000-ton class battleship, and contributed to the sinking of the German battleship Bismarck in May 1941 with the Rhodonay, and in the second half of the war moved the field of action to the Pacific Ocean and also added the bombardment of the Japanese mainland. The model reproduces her as she appeared during the attack on the Japanese mainland, with radar, additional anti-aircraft machine guns, multiple rocket launchers and other anti-aircraft armament greatly enhanced. The chimney, bridge and derrick are also finished with a full three-dimensional effect.
  • The images shown are of the kit assembled and painted.
