Vintage National Panasonic  T-801D  2-Band, 8-Transistor Short Wave Radio
Made in Japan by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., LTD.
Comes in a leather case with a leather pouch holding the earphone.
Both the radio and case are in nice clean condition.
When I turn it on, I hear static. But we live in the middle of Nowhere-ville, and I can't hardly even get a station on my car radio, so I don't know how well it works.
A few cons I've spotted:
The strap on the case is pretty good on one end, but barely attached on the other.
The radio is missing the little square logo on the top.
I can't get it's light to turn on.
The battery door doesn't stay on as it's missing a metal latch on the back.
One of the batter terminals is kind of smushed down and corroded.
I see one very small crack in the plastic case on the bottom by the screw.
Ok, how about the pluses:
It's a vintage Japan radio that you just don't see come available very often!
