This is the SA2000 Super Ax Brown Sunburst, the highest peak of the SA series. Each part was adjusted, lubricated, and thoroughly polished down to a single screw and all parts are disassembled, checked, cleaned, reassembled, and adjusted to restore them to their initial performance state. Specifically, we checked the electrical system, refuel and clean the component parts, adjust the neck/frets, polish the body, and make final checks and adjustments after assembly. 

The SA2000 was the top model of the YAMAHA semi-acoustic series at the time, and was packed with high-grade specifications such as gold-covered type humbucking pickups, luxurious head inlays, and position marks using white pearl shell, and its acoustic mid-bass and sharp sound. It is a famous model that has been highly praised by top guitarists around the world for its high-pitched, sustained sound. 

This guitar is one of the earliest models manufactured in 1978, and 46 years have passed since its birth, making it a masterpiece worthy of being called a "YAMAHA Super Vintage." In addition to its high rarity as an early batch product when the model has just started production, it is extremely difficult to obtain this dead stock class model in excellent condition, which has a beautiful sunburst color and gorgeous gold parts in terms of appearance and playability. I confidently recommend it to semi-acoustic fans and SA fans.

<Product condition> 

1.    No issues with performance and functionality.

2.    No abnormalities are seen in the neck, nor poor rotation of the pegs.

3.    No issues with the electrics (note; no bi-sound/ coil tap function)

4.    There are no noticeable scratches other than a few minor age-related scratches, so it is safe to say that it is in excellent condition. The luster of the entire body is maintained, and the gold parts shine quite beautifully. There is some plating peeling off on a part of the pickup cover. 

5.    Hard case: Some damage with age-related scratches and dents are seen but generally it is clean and still beautiful condition has been maintained.
