We sell high quality products at very fair prices.  We do accept returns on domestic orders within 30 days of your receipt of the item if you are not happy with the item as long as you ship the item back, at buyer's expense, to us in the same condition that is was sent.  Your original purchase price and original shipping cost will be refunded.  We do not ship products with batteries included unless specifically noted due to the extra weight and possible hazardous materials involved.

We make every effort to ship the next business day as we want to get our products to you as soon as possible and chances are, you want to receive your products ASAP but we do have our eBay store set to ship within 3 business days as life happens and we do go camping on weekends half of the year.
