WARRANTY 

·      Our Battery health for our refurbished devices is Between 80% - 100%

·      If parts are replaced this may show a warning or unknown part message in the setting. However, it will not make effect the functionality of device. In fact, it makes the phone work like new.  

·  After 31 days you will only be covered under our 12 month return to base warranty for manufacturing defects only.

·      As devices are refurbished it is possible NON - OEM parts were used in the refurbishment

·      All devices are sold with a 30-day refund period. This starts from the date that tracking indicates the product was delivered.

·      Any return must be announced to yogi panda within 30-days of receipt. Returns are valid only if the device has suffered no damage, there are no obvious signs of use and the device has not been tampered with.

·      Once the Return has been approved by us, the buyer will take full responsibility in free shipping the product to us in the same condition it was originally received at their own cost.

·      All of our products are sold with a 12-month warranty that is started from the date that tracking indicates the product was delivered. 

·      The 12-month warranty does not extend to any accessories shipped with the device.

·      Batteries are not covered for 60 days from the date of delivery.

·      This warranty will be made invalid if the product suffers any drops, water or physical damage before it is received by us.

·      The warranty will also be made invalid if the product is tampered with by the customer or a third party. This includes but is not limited to; opening the device, attempting repair, installing software not approved by the manufacturer and replacement of external or internal components.

·      If a device becomes defective during this 12-month period, Yogi Panda will offer solutions including but not limited to, repair, refund, exchange, or discount.

·      If a refurbished device must be returned to Yogi Panda within this 12-month warranty period, a prepaid shipping label will be given.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a 31 day returns policy; if you would like to return an item within this period, please contact us. Plus you get 12 months parts warranty*

Please wipe all data; including any accounts, passwords, pins, Google accounts and iClouds. We will be unable to process your return if we receive a device with the above.

The item must also be returned is the same condition as received, any damages will conclude in us not being able to provide you with a refund.
Return costs must be provided by the buyer, unless the item is faulty.
