Looks like the band was extended by a jeweler adding gold so it could be extended...a common practice in mesh band watches. Otherwise 100% FACTORY ORIGINAL with an added 18k Yellow Gold EXTENTION. HEAVY almost 4 ounces in solid 18k Yellow Gold...Very rare find and so nice. WOW!!! Retail $35,000.
