1 Year Warranty All items purchased through the Revolving Networks eBay store receive a 1 year warranty. The warranty is good for a replacement or refund depending upon seller availability. Warranty is only valid if sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale receive a 30 day warranty excluding service providers (i.e. MSP, ISP, etc.). New Factory Sealed - This item is brand new. It comes factory sealed in the original Juniper box with original accessories. Boxes have not been opened. Boxes might have some signs of wear and tear.

We accept PayPal, credit cards and wire transfer as payment. We will respond to all REASONABLE offers. To make a payment with credit card a credit card authorization form must be completed.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please send us a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and send a Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a valid reason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for any cosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issued in up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible for any damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for all shipment in the state of Minnesota.
