Note: VCR works great and has been thoroughly reconditioned including internal cleaning of video heads.

DVD side has some issues! Some discs would not read, others would play but may take a while to load. If you purchase this for the VCR then you will be set to play and record VHS tapes just fine. It is an excellent quality VCR, if you wish to play DVDs then be aware this unit is not going to operate well and may not play your discs.

I cleaned the laser but I think it is just very sensitive to the disc quality, it may work best with perfect new condition discs. But please note that this is being sold as a functional VCR and non-functional DVD player. No returns accepted.

If you would like a remote and AV cables we can work out a deal to include those. I also have blank VHS tapes. I normally include them with every VCR but this one i did not given the condition issues. Message me with questions.
