Postage Policy

- Parcels missing/incorrectly delivered will need to be disputed with the delivery company directly as we do not deliver the items nor are we responsible.
- Items will be dispatched within 2 business days of purchase with tracking to take effect up to 4 days after purchase (lags in the system are known to occur)
Returns Policy
- Any item can be returned provided it is faulty and sufficient proof has been shown to our team. Upon the return of the defective item, it will be evaluated and either refunded or fixed and returned to you. Postage should the item be faulty will be covered by us, should it be found not to be faulty the customer will be liable.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted under any circumstances
