We sometimes don’t have the full back-story and/or knowledge of the item itself.

We do conduct as much research as we can but sometimes it’s hard to know if parts are missing or if the item is fully functional. We may miss something unintentionally. If this happens, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right. We embody integrity and honesty, and value our customers very much.

We ship from Alaska via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Because our items are shipped from Alaska, the calculations may seem higher. We do our best to accommodate for this by competitive pricing on our items. We are happy to accommodate combined shipping too!
