Pro Matic Ranger Clay Target Trap. This trap is in full working order and was purchased new some years ago and is still owned by the original purchaser . It has had very little use sometimes only being used once per annum as a training aid for new clay or game shooters. It has always been stored in a barn but does have some cosmetic paint flacking issues. There is no rust of any consequence..
The trap holds 300 standard clays when fully loaded and is operated by a cable remote control. The cable is in two sections that connect together giving an operating range of 50 or 100 metres. There is a switch mechanism allowing for OFF, ARM, DISARM, once armed it works on the cable remote. Once clay shooting is finished operate the DISARM to leave the trap in a safe position.
The operating system is via a 12 volt battery which is new and connects via quick release clips. The battery is supplies with the trap.
The trap angle is adjustable giving a flat trajectory or to almost vertical to simulate springing teal.
The whole unit is bolted to a pallet making for a very stable firing platform.which can be ground or trailer mounted.
The ideal situation is for the buyer to collect this heavy item which weighs 100kg but the option exists for pallet delivery for an extra fee of £100
