The Best and Most Classic lined denim jacket of the post-WW2 era. The beautiful lining is only on the early models -- just like this example. The later linings are dull, artificial and often feel coarse and plasticky. This early version has a soft flannel-like interior and perfect in almost any weather. (Look carefully on Ebay and all you'll see is the shabby post-1960s linings on the more recent Storm Riders.)

The perfect Spring and Fall jacket. Instantly recognizable for its corduroy collar, the Storm Rider fits much better on men than the too short and boxy Levi Truckers or pleated Two-Pocket jackets. And the Storm Rider is so much more flattering.
