We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK on selected items.

Please note that our free delivery on selected items is only to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. For delivery to the Highlands and Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Sicily, please contact us (using "Contact Seller" option) for a price as there are surcharges for these delivery locations.

Orders are dispatched from our UK based warehouse between Monday and Friday. Most of the deliveries are made between Monday and Friday 7am-6pm by our contracted couriers.We will provide tracking number for your parcel so you can track the progress online.

International delivery may be available via ebay Global Shipping Programme. Please refer to options available on specific product page.

Because of the nature of our certain products, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods. These returns must be made within 48 hours of your receipt of the product.

Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel an order which has not been dispatched yet, you must contact us using "Contact Seller" option.

If the item has already been dispatched then please follow our returns policy below

Unwanted Items:

Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may return your order within 30 days from the day of delivery.Please contact us using the “contact seller” option for important information, before attempting to return the goods.

Item(s) must be returned 'AS SOLD' including all accessories and in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

Item(s) must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (i.e. if you have opened the packaging to examine the item, packaging and the product must not be damaged in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition and/or parts missing, we will not accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery will be charged to your account.

Please note that for all returns deemed unsuitable, we are not responsible for the return shipping and are unable to refund this cost. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The returns authorization is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back to us without prior authorization will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery will be charged to your account.

If you have failed to take delivery for the item, and you do not want to pay for the item to be redelivered, then once we have the item back, we will refund your account excluding a handling cost of £2.95 or 15% whichever is greater.

Refunds:

Full refund of the cost of the goods, excluding a handling cost of £2.95, or up to 15% whichever is greater will be given upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition. The refund will be processed in 7 working days after receiving the goods.

Non-Returnable Items:

For reasons of hygiene we are not able to refund certain items such as Rugs.

Also we cannot refund any custom made items such as Personalised Mirrors & 3D printed items as these are made to order.

Faulty Items:

If any item is found to be missing parts or damaged please contact us via the "Contact Seller" option within 14 days of delivery so that we can provide you with the details on how to resolve your issue.

We will always be able to send parts or a replacement item, but however If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, and you want to cancel the order for a refund the item can be returned under our return policy for unwanted items, which will be at your own expense along with a handling fee

Please note goods must only be returned once authorized.

Goods must be re-packaged as received. They should be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any further damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned.

You must send photo evidence so we can assess the damage and report this to our suppliers, so the damaged goods can be rectified.
