In my ownership I have fitted 4x brand new Nexen SU1 tyres all matching and rated as XL. I have also recently serviced the car with the best oil [Millers Nanodrive NT+] and fitted genuine Honda air filter + cabin filter.

It has also had a fresh coolant change plus a new engine thermostat and coolant temperature sensor to keep the car running perfectly. I have also cleaned and lubricated the rear sliding door runners with the correct lubricant (Dry PTFE) for smooth operation. 

I have also purchased 6x Denso iridium high performance spark plugs which I may fit prior to the sale.

New Bosch upgraded flat wiper blades.

A brand new uprated larger capacity Bosch battery has been fitted as the standard battery was useless! 

I had the car interior professionally steam cleaned/valeted upon purchase. The leather has also been treated and cleaned too.

Apart from the V5 and the import document/invoices that I have there are no other documents. The car was bought from an importer in 2019 and I don't think the previous owner chased them for documentation. 

Bad points - there are a few scuffs here and there, maybe the rear discs and pads could do with changing at some point soon. I had the car up on the ramp and inspected a month ago and there was nothing urgent that needed doing. Only 1 key present. 

Car runs perfectly and the engine is truly a masterpiece  - sounds amazing in VTEC mode.

Genuine reason for sale, my commute has more than doubled in length and I need a small economical hatchback. Would consider a small hatchback like a VW Golf in PX - must be Auto and ULEZ complaint.
