All of our items go through a rigorous testing procedure before we buy them in. ALL CUSTOMERS must provide Photo ID & proof of address, we also take a photo of the seller and a receipt (where applicable) before buying anything in from the customer. We run all serial numbers through a global police database.
We have been trading in used and refurbished goods (as well as new items) for over 12 years. You can be rest assured that our items have a clean history (not lost/stolen) and are NOT broken/damaged/returned stock.
We offer 30-day returns on all items apart from faulty items and certain items (perishables, customised items etc).
*All refurbished & used items come with a 6 month warranty as standard. Please keep your eBay invoice handy as you will need this for any warranty claims after the original 30 days. Warranty excludes broken/cracked glass/screens/exteriors; damaged or bent charging ports; water damage; insurance claim/block; wear & tear; misuse of item; perishables; anything excluded from returns policy
