Rare kids ride on toy / pedal car which you steer with your feet and move forward with a rowing action on the handlebars. This is by no means mint but is in good condition with surface rust which I haven’t tried to clean off ive just left as I found it . It is working, just needs a service lol.

The rubber tyres are cracked / cracking , this is an age related thing which is common.
