Vintage NOS/deadstock "Mexico" black velcro strapback hat/cap.  Some slight discoloration on interior due to storage, no other signs of wear.  Adjustable velcro strap, adult one size fits all.  Made in Vietnam, 20% wool, 80% acrylic.
