New belt fitted,  it was not used by anyone but its door has some scratches from storage all these years, see photos. 

You can tell from inside its head and pinch rollers that this is not a used item. 

Eventhough it's fully working but still you can't expect 100% performance from it. 

There is no accessories with it.
