Fender Telecaster Billie Joe Armstrong Custom

This was custom built in 2014. Specs are as follows:

- Made from a Fender Telecaster Blackout Telecaster Deluxe - Mexican (Exact same guitar Billie Joes guitar tech made them from. Not the ’blacktop’ like others that have come up for sale. As the routing dor the cavity is larger to accommodate the two single coils. a section of the routing has now been blocked by a luthier.

- Features the exact same logo on the headstock as the one used for the Reading Festival in 2013. This headstock decal is only seen on 72’ Telecasters or Squiers

- Seymour Duncan SH-4 Pickup, same pickup as he uses in ‘Blue’

- Noble 1980s 250k pot. I had a 500k pot in it but I prefer the 250k pot

- 21 Frets

- Bridge had been customized to match the same Bridge shown in the Rig Rundown video seen here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7uomdMrkNgA

- There are two holes where the scratchplate doesn’t cover, I have left these open instead of plugging them for authenticity

- Custom WD music pickguard, built by the same company who built Billie’s.

- Ernie Ball Regular Slinky’s

- Really low action and sounds incredible

- Frets are in great condition, with very little wear

- Couple Of light scratches and a small ding to the back, that never bothered me

Gutted to be selling this a very reluctant sale, but I’ve managed to find an original Fernandes RST-80 and this is getting played anymore, so it must go.
