Five reports from the 71st Legislature of the State of Maine.   One is a general record (19 pages) and the others are "Special Documents" Numbers 2-4  financial statements.    Fascinating line items--Rangeley Fish Hatchery; Waterford "expenses on account of Italians;" Civil War bounty, and more.     

Booklets are somewhat spotty and stained; staples are rusty & some occasional creases.
