You choose the number nights you want to stay, min. 6 and we will do a listing for the number of nights you wish to book.
So a 7 night stay in the luxury apartment, for up to 4 guests, would be 7 x £99 so £693 or a 10 night stay would be 10 x £99, so £990 etc.
We do offer big discounts for guests wanting to stay 3 weeks or longer. Just let us know.
We advertise the apartment on various other holiday and booking websites but we always save our cheapest prices for Ebay, so you will not see our villa cheaper elsewhere on away home or bnb air.
For this booking we will also provide free fibre speed WIFI and the full British TV package, so saving you even further money!
Unlike 70% of tourist properties on the island, we are FULLY LEGAL, registered with the council/police and have got a touristic licence, which is a legal obligation, before you can rent out a property in Fuerteventura.
If you are looking at other apartment rentals, please cover your back and ask them if they have a touristic license, if not they are not legal, are being closed down by the authorities and you have no legal rights/protection!
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10am on the day of departure - different check in/out times and lengths of stays can be accommodated, just ask and we can add an Ebay listing for what you need.
Only a ten minute drive from the airport and situated within the centre of Caleta, with the beach, restaurants, bars, etc etc being within a 10 minute walk.
A taxi to/from the Airport costs about £10-£12, the apartment is 5 minute walk from the bus centre and the bus is €3, so you have no need to hire a car, if you don't want to drive but we can recommend good and cheap hire car companies, which will save you money, if you do want to explore.

With an excellent all year-round climate, with the lowest temperature in Winter being around 18°C /64ºF through to 32°C /90ºF in late Summer, Casa Mimosa in Fuerteventura, is your ideal location, whatever month you wish to escape.

Unlike most other Apartments, we can offer refresh midweek, including a change of towels, when you stay over 7 day, all the bed linen can also be changed if booked/paid for.
Our property manager, Tony moved from England some 10 years ago with his wife and knows the island and local area very well.
He lives only 3 miles away and he will be available to advise and help you maximise your holiday experience and is always ready to answer any questions you may have and advise about local restaurants, pubs, shops, beaches etc. etc.
Outside
Communal Swimming Pool – Open from 9am to 10pm daily
The communal large Pool is only a 15 second walk away from the front door of apartment.
The pool is surrounded by child safe glass, so children can not accidentally walk into the pool.
By August, we will have finished fully renovating the Roof Terrace with new seating, lounging/dining areas, beer/wine fridge, stone built bbq feature and pergola.
We will update the pictures as we progress with the work.
Inside
Our newly refurbished apartment is light, airy and spacious so to make your stay as comfortable as possible and has large floor fans.
By this August we will have ceilings fans installed to the 2 bedrooms and living room and a new bathroom installed.
It comprises a modern kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a stylish and lounge area with a dining area
There are 2 large bedrooms within the apartment, the master bedroom has a double size bed and the second is furnished with 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
Family Bathroom with shower/bath but we are having the bathroom totally refitted with a walk in shower installed in September.
There is a safe located within the apartment for your convenience, which is free to use.
To make your stay more like home we provide British Tv package/Sky TV/Fibre wifi
There are also hairdryers and hair straighteners in each bedroom.
There is a full sized washing machine as well, for our guests to use.
Casa Mimosa welcomes children and is therefore a non-smoking property. Guests are encouraged to use the furnished roof terrace as a designated smoking area

Flights are available with Easy Jet, Jet 2, Ryanair, British Airways, Tui Airways and other air lines from many countries including the UK, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Poland and Switzerland.
August is the hottest month in Caleta de Fuste with an average temperature of 30°C (86°F) and the coldest is January at 24°C (75°F) still t shirt weather though, with the most daily sunshine hours at 13 in August. The best months to swim in the sea is in June, July, August and September when the average sea temperature is 23°C (73°F).
Fuerteventura is known for its all year round warm climate and cooling breeze hence why a lot of UK guests visit the villa, during the winter months to escape the freezing British weather and enjoy the year round, t-shirt wearing, warmth on the island.
