Really beautiful pastel portrait of a young man by artist Jay Harder. Apparently, he was a portrait artist who worked with well-to-do East Coast families. He reminds me of a young Montgomery Clift. Overall, the framed piece measures 22” X 27.5” and it is in very good vintage shape. I always try to offer free shipping when I sell but this will be a large package. I will try to ship safely at the most reasonable price and refund any difference if the shipping calculator isn't accurate.
