The light was rewired utilizing new safe insulated lamp wire.  The original porcelain and brass socket has been restored and retained in the fixture.  The light takes a single standard sized bulb.  The shade is not removable.  The light will be carefully boxed for safe shipping.

The fixture is ideal for an entry way, kitchen, reading area, breakfast area or possibly a bathroom.  A great period themed restoration or decorating fixture.  It measures 8 1/2 inches long including the shade, with a 7inch diameter ships wheel next to the polished canopy.
