Butterick 3506 Unisex One Piece Pajamas Vintage 1974 sewing pattern is in men's size S (34-36), M (38-40), L (42-44). (Bust/Chest 34"- 44", Waist 28"- 39", Hips/Seat 35"- 45")

This 1974 pattern features loose fitting pajamas with shaped band collar, front zipper closing, full length sleeves with ribbed knit cuffs, drop seat with elastic in casing, button or gripper snap closing, and feet with elasticized ankles. 

Pattern is uncut and factory folded with all pattern pieces and instruction sheets included. Pattern and envelope are in good vintage condition. Pattern envelope has wrinkles, and small tears, and has some writing on it.
