BROKEN Agloat Skate Shoes Retractable Rollers Trade Routes Women's Size 7.5. I can't get the wheels to extend & the little white plastic piece on the bottom appears broken. When I turn the little knobs to open nothing appears to happen. I am assuming they are broken, I am not sure if they can be fixed. Some signs of wear including some discoloring/scuffs.
