The plants will be trimmed and shipped barefoot. Do not expect the plant to look like the one in the picture. It is normal for the foliage of the plant to wilt and become yellow after shipping. After receiving the plants, you should trim off old/yellow/dried leaves and soak the roots of the plant in water for few hours or overnight. Most plants/roots need several weeks to recover from the transplanting.
To cut the shipping cost and save the environment, recycled materials were used for packing and no invoice and planting instruction included with the shipment.
If there is problem, buyer must notify me within 24 hours after delivery with the picture of the damaged item.
