"Matchstick Mini is a superhero" is designed to create a conversation between you and your child about being good and having manners. You are teaching your child that energy is a superpower and healthy food, and drinks create more energy. This book is an opportunity to discuss eating well, going to bed early, and sleeping well to have loads of energy for the next day.
