Plenty of room for 3 adults or 4 children

Seating width is approx 176cm wide

Condition - has had use but only spare so Its in really good condition the cushions are like new

No sagging at all.

No rips or tears.

Sturdy frame no issues.

Raised on 5 small wooden legs that have been raised slightly for better seating position.

(Currently in dry storage hence last pictures)
