Items are shipped twice each week, so depending which day you order, you may receive your item before the ebay estimate. Please get in touch if you need them sooner than the stated time.
Items are despatched by one of three methods:
a) Via ebay authenticatoion hub, if the item meets ebay's criteria for this. Ebay sets the postage rate, provides the labels, and the item has to go via their hub to be checked. You get additional peace of mind, though it takes a few days longer. If you need the item fast and are happy for it to come direct, please get in touch.
b) Via 48 hour tracked postage, for those items that ebay doesn't automatically divert via its authentication hub.
c) For international postage, everything is handled by ebay's Global Shipping Programme, which means sending an item to the UK hub and ebay handles everything else. They set the available countries, postage rates, delivery times, taxes and everything else related to the shipment, so there is nothing that can be done to change any of those things unfortunately.
Express Service - Available On Request
If needed urgently, most items can be dispatched same day, even at weekends if required and with next day post.
If you are a collector, we are also able to double-box items to provide extra protection for the original boxes during shipping.

Receiving Your Item
All items are checked for issues before dispatch and are sealed in a transparent security bag to ensure buyers receive a perfect product that hasn't been tampered with. Please inspect the item within this bag upon receipt and if you have a concern, do not remove it from the bag and send photographs in a message so a resolution can be found. Once the item is removed from the bag it is in the buyer's possession and its care entirely the buyer's responsibility - no liability can be accepted for issues such as damage arising if the item has been removed from this security bag. This prevents fraudulent claims which would otherwise increase prices for genuine buyers.
Returns
Returns are accepted on some items and not on others. Please check the 'Returns Policy' section of the listing to confirm before purchasing. For items that returns are accepted, it is acceptable to have tried your product on indoors, in a clean and dirt-free environment. Please ensure it is returned in the brand new condition it was sent, with all tags still attached and not damaged, relevant packaging included and no signs of dirt, damage or wear. The condition they are returned in should be the brand new condition you or any other buyer would expect to receive them in and all products will be thoroughly checked before a refund is issued. Where goods are returned in a state that doesn't match how they were sent, deductions will be applied in line with ebay policy. Unfortunately there are a rising number of fraudulent buyer claims and actions have had to be taken to protect genuine buyers. The majority of items are returned in immaculate condition however so thank you in advance!
