Purchased a collection for playing about 2009, started selling off my cards recently (over 30,000 cards) I found this card in the box I purchased from that small collection (about 3000 cards) in lands. I never played it, and it appears it was never played previously. I am not a pro grader of cards if it were a comic I would give it at least a 9.4 without flinching. One visible tiny ding on back top left , has yellow arrow pointing to it. No other visual damage. Card is flat, not bending, has like new lustre. It is in Near mint condition according to TCG standards. You will not get a 10 grading from a card grading company in my opinion.
