The sheets are in awesome never hinged condition and are ungraded. They showcase multi-color designs of the most interesting or most innovative in their time vehicles of land, water, air, and space up until 1988, (when they were printed) and are part of the United States Postal Service's collection celebrating the Postal Congress.
