ABOUT THE ITEM: This is a very nice original Universal Studios theme park prop featuring a top hat used during the All Hallows Eve Boutique store display for Halloween Horror Nights. Some were tree toppers. It stands approx 12" tall and has lights.  Functionality unverified but a neat Halloween prop from a great store!  All Hallows Eve is almost like a mini Tribute Store for Universal.  We will also have some of these & other like items at our retail location at the Lakeland Antique Mall in Lakeland, Florida.  Just come in and ask for the Vault Collectibles booth.

SHIPPING: I ship once a week. READ AT THE BOTTOM ABOUT THIS.  . I try to have ALL packages out by the next weekend and most of the packages will go out via priority mail...but some depending on the location in the country will go by parcel post. I try to save you on shipping! For international shipping I use EBay's Global Shipping Program. Sorry but due to many issues with overseas packages and customs I do not ship any other way. I do combine shipping...but for the global shipping program for overseas buyers you will have to contact Ebay to get them to give you a combined nvoice since they are the ones sending you the items.
