I have for sale very nicely kept copy of the first edition of Gentry magazine.  It's from winter of 1951, and is issue number 1.

The magazine is in great shape.  The spine has a little wrinkling and cracking on it, but it's very minor.  The format of Gentry is somewhat unusual.  Many ads and articles actually have fabric attached, fold-out posters, or smaller pieces of art or illustrations that are added afterwards - see the pics for what I mean.  It's an interesting mixed-media magazine  One page has a sample of the spice marjoram in a small bag.  There's also the original reorder form, an order form for you to send a copy to a friend, and a portfolio of engravings of ducks.

Shipped via media mail in the US, eBay international for non-US buyers.
