I purchased this record in Belgium upon its release. It remains unplayed.

The "sealed" condition is not valid for European records. The plastic covered examples of this LP were wrapped by their US importers and were not shipped that way from the factory as is the case with the vast majority of LP's from the UK and other parts of the EU.
As you can see by the pictures, the sticker of authenticity is directly on the cover as is typical in Europe.

I'm an audiophile and as is typical of all of my collection, I cleaned the LP with my record cleaning machine.
Put it in a re-sealable LP bag and placed it in my record collection.

The gatefold cover  is a heavy cardboard and as is typical of these had begun to very slightly separate. There is no actual tear.
Once I spotted it, I stored the record outside of the gartefold sleeve to avoid any further separation. You can see a close-up picture.

The Roger Dean cover art is spectacular and vibrant.
