If you want you item/s posted please pay by Paypal. If you are purchasing more than one item please wait for an invoice before making your payment in order to benefit from my postage discount (add the different items to your basket and press 'Request total'). All items are carefully wrapped, clearly addressed and posted within two days of receiving payment.

All my items are posted by Signed For Delivery to the registered address held on your Paypal account. All my parcels are carefully wrapped, waterproof and clearly addressed. Please remember that the price you pay for postage includes packing. The prices for Signed For Delivery are not just based on weight but the size and shape of your item.

All my items belong to me and my family. They are either brand new or in excellent used condition. I do not list clothes that I would not be happy to buy myself. I take multiple pictures of my items in daylight to ensure the best colour match that is possible.

I list only occasionally in batches so please do have a look at what else I have for sale as I offer a generous postage discount. If you are bidding or intending to bid on multiple items please let me know as I will wait for payment until all your bidding is completed.

I am an honest and genuine seller. All my items are guaranteed to be exactly as described. As required by Ebay, I will refund any buyer who feels their item is not as described on receipt of the returned item (all returned items must be sent  back to me by Signed For delivery to ensure safe receipt). Returns for other reasons are not accepted.

All Ebay items are guaranteed to arrive with their buyers. Your item will be posted by Signed For Delivery and if the parcel goes missing and is not recovered I will refund you the full amount (including postage). Sometimes items are returned to the sender by Royal Mail because they have not been collected from the post office within the specified time (and this means I pay out for postage but still receive the item back). I am unable to send items again to the same buyer if this occurs unless special arrangements are made.

I am a nice and reasonable person. The majority of my buyers are lovely people and extremely happy with their purchases (see my feedback). If there is a problem with an item then I always solve this personally with my buyers and I follow Ebay policy to the letter. My items are all quality pieces that just need a new home.
